Wax Melts, Candles, Home Fragrances and more… Handmade in Stanford-Le-Hope, since 2021
Jolly Nose began when I couldn't find wax melts that suited my tastes, so I decided to create my own. After sharing with family and friends, interest grew and within a couple of months I was selling to customers within Stanford-le-hope and beyond!
Since then, the list of products has grown to include a range of scented home and cleaning products, bath and body products and continues to expand.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a damaged and unusable condition when you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and photographic evidence as requested. We do not accept returns for unwanted items.and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Can I buy products at a shop / in-person?
Yes! We currently stock a small range of products in Betty's Bits n Bobs, which can be found in Corringham Town Centre.
We also regularly attend local fairs, events and school fetes. Follow us on social media to keep up to date with the latest events you can find us at.
When checking out through the website, there is also an option to collect the order in-person either from Jolly Nose direct, or at Betty's Bits n Bobs.
When will I get my order?
All Jolly Nose products are handmade to order, and so we ask that you allow at least 7-10 working days processing time (and additional shipping time) from the date the order is placed.
Orders may take longer to produce during busier times. Please be understanding of this – and I will always aim to get orders turned around as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Where are your products made?
All products are handmade right out of our own home, in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex. We try to work with local businesses whenever possible, and currently all our labels are printed locally.
All products can be shipped to anywhere throughout the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
