Cancellation policy
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Posting dates of subscription boxes and payment cutoffs
Subscription boxes are posted in the 7th of every month and payment confirmation is required in advance. Cut off for the next month’s box is the last day of the month prior (for example: Customers with a subscription payment made between 1st-31st August, will be sent a box on the 7th September).
When the 7th falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, boxes will be posted the next working day.
If the shop is closed or we are unable to fulfill a month’s subscription box, we reserve the right to skip or cancel at any time.
