Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow a minimum of 7 days from date of purchase to process your order. Expect an email within 7-10 days of the order date, to let you know your order is on the way.

In-store Pickup

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. A free pickup option is available to all eligible customers. 

All other UK Shipping

Orders are generally shipped every Tuesday and Thursday using 1^st Class Royal Mail, once orders have been processed. A Flat rate shipping fee of £5 applies to all orders under £20.

Free Shipping

Orders which meet a minimum of £20 in the basket (including discount and promo codes), qualify for free shipping/delivery. These orders will also be sent via 1^st Class Royal Mail, as above.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, if the item is in damaged and unusable condition. If the return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount. Please see our returns policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hayley@jollynose.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
